Last week Eric Worre’s book, “Go Pro – 7 steps to becoming a Network Marketing Professional”  became the best seller.

Today I wanted to post on one of the nuggets I found in his book.

HOW TO LEARN

He says in his book, “There are no bad experiences and no good experiences – only learning experiences. Experience is the best teacher. “Let go of the outcome and focus on what you can learn from every experience. That will take off the pressure. Be an “active student.”"

In this world you are either growing or you are dying so get in motion and grow.” In order to get in motion, learn and grow you need both health and wealth. So here’s to your health and wealth in a cup.

As I said in my previous article we all need attention to feel loved. It is very important that we are mindful of where and how we focus our consciousness. I love Network Marketing because it forces me to mingle with other people. in sharing the good things of life. Life is where Consciousness is.

When reading Eric Worre’s book I came across a paragraph about “How To Learn” and it reminded me of the verse 47 in chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita, which states that we do not have a right on the fruits of our actions but only the responsibility to take action. Just because we do not have the right on our fruits does not mean we should not act but that we should focus on the action rather than the fruit.

In Network Marketing one has to constantly work on Self Development. This true for everybody in any profession, but no where is it mentioned so emphatically as in Network Marketing Profession.

I have been thinking of the above experiment very deeply ever since I saw it a few weeks ago.

The dictionary defines the word indifference as

lack of interest or concern as in ‘We were shocked by their indifference toward poverty.’

2. unimportance; little or no concern as in ‘Whether or not to attend the party is a matter of indifference to him.’

Negligence is defined as – Law. the failure to exercise that degree of care that, in the circumstances, the law requires for the protection of other persons or those interests of other persons that may be injuriously affected by the want of such care.

Lack of attention and concern does the greatest harm especially in case of children and we should pay attention to them and converse with them.
I remember when my daughter was first born, her grand parents lived with us to help out. When her grand father would enter her room, he would first greet her, even though she was only a new born of 3 months old.Her face would immediately light up. Her grandmother commented that even though she was a tiny baby she would feel neglected if she was not greeted when they came into her presence. I can never forget that comment for some reason. It didn’t matter how small or big she was, children need attention.

Attention is something we continue to desire even as adults. It is something that validates our existence, I guess. Many a relationships have been under stress or broken due to the lack of attention or concern by one party or the other in the relationship.

Everything is Consciousness

From the illustration shown in the video when no attention was paid to the container of grains it decayed, so do we crave for attention, otherwise we feel neglected and unloved.Paying attention is the flow of consciousness or a better word would be the focus of Consciousness. Consciousness brings awareness and life to the object of focus.

My point here is that we all crave attention. So what is it about attention? It is the focus of consciousness on a particular thing or person that gives them nourishment and life. That attention however should be positive and not negative. Positive assists growth and negative hinders growth. However, we can achieve a higher plane of existence when we are non judgmental and do not label anything as positive or negative. In that state we play the role of a witness. This is not easily understood for it is an experiential mystical state beyond ordinary experience and understanding. It has to be experienced to be appreciated and is best achieved in the process of meditation.

When we become non judgmental, and we operate from our natural state of existence, we project love and radiance that is nourishing to others and gives us joy and happiness as well.

EVERYTHING IS CONSCIOUSNESS

Today I received an email  in which was discussed the effect we human beings have over water and how positive visualization

can purify water. It was very interesting to me as just yesterday I was wondering in amazement of the rejuvenating nature of water.

Water is cleansing and life giving! It takes the shape of everything it embraces. In this video you see that speaking positive or negative words

to it affects its molecular structure. when spoken to in a positive way the molecules organize themselves in a beautiful geometrical symmetry.

However, speaking negative words disperses the molecules in a haphazard way that looks like they are distressed. That being said, imagine  the

effect positivity ornegativity on our body, mind and spirit could have on us. Very powerful indeed and so difficult to express it and appreciate it in

words!

In this  next video you see the effect of your thoughts on the water depending on whether it is positive or negative.  I like the example

he is giving about drinking sweet water and if 70% of your body contains water, won’t you be so much sweeter? Something to think

about….We create our external reality by the thoughts we entertain.

Positive thoughts give us strength and help us grow and expand in our consciousness but negative thoughts make the mind weak and

contract.

My question to you is “Are you the thoughts or are they coming from you? If they do where are they coming from? Our thoughts are

like waves coming from the sea of Consciousness. Consciousness is knowledge because when we are conscious we are aware beings.

It is our Consciousness that expresses itself in the name and form. 

The wave that is nothing but water in essence, springs from the ocean which is also water in essence. When the wave recedes into

the ocean it loses it’s form and dissolves into its source, the ocean. It is the same with our thoughts. When we calm our minds and

let the thoughts recede , we experience our true nature of pure, unconditional Consciousness that is full of bliss, joy and love.

Have you heard the expression, “Everything is energy and there is only one”

I think that One Energy vibrates in different frequencies

and keeps transforming from one thing to another. Everything in the Universe is vibrating and so there is nothing in this Universe that is really static.
Have you ever wondered what this energy is? Energy itself is formless and yet manifests itself in name and form. I have a lot more to talk about Energy

and Consciousness but I will leave that to write in an eBook. We experience Energy in different levels – high and low states of energy that is determined

by the thoughts we entertain and the food we eat.
I started thinking more deeply about energy because I always complained that I did not have enough energy. It takes energy to do anything in your life:

to move, to motivate yourself to work, to get up from bed every morning and you can add anything else you want to the list. To have abundant energy is

a form of wealth.

Classification of Foods according to Ayur Veda

According to the Ayurveda, the Indian Scriptural texts, medicines and foods are sattvic, rajasic or tamasic or a combination of these gunas or attributes.

The gunas are three fundamental attributes that represent the natural evolutionary process through which the subtle becomes gross. In turn, gross objects,

Ever since I started taking my healthy coffee that is infused with Ganoderma, the miraculous Chinese King of Herbs, I have been

If Only We Could Capture that Elusive Energy

I was just thinking the other day that there was a time when I was always complaining about not having enough energy in the day. In fact, that used to be my mantra; I have no energy. When I constantly complained that to my doctor husband, he asked me to have my blood work done and I found that I had all ‘normal’ readings. So I couldn’t for the life of me understand why I did not have enough energy to do the chores that my peers were able to accomplish in the day.

Later I found that my blood sugars were abnormal and I had developed ‘Diabetes’. I had also gained a lot of weight that became an additional burden on my system. Diabetes can be a blessing in disguise if you learn how to control it. It requires a complete overhaul of your system in terms of changing your life style. Learning to control Diabetes has been a journey for me in terms of changing my life style. All that doctors did for me is to prescribe medications and address the disease process it self and recommend a balanced nutritious diet and include a daily exercise plan. However, it still did not help my energy levels.

I found a significant difference in my energy levels when I first took Noni concentrated juice. I used to take a few drops of the Noni juice sub-lingually, under my tongue 2 hours before or after lunch or breakfast. Q1. Who are You and what is your story and what made you turn to Network Marketing? What drew you to this Industry?

My name is Usha Prabhakar. I was basically concentrating on being a good mother to my daughter as she was growing up.  I wanted to enjoy raising her and be available to her when she would come home. So I worked for 5 years as a substitute teacher which allowed me to be home when she came home. However, once she graduated and went off to college, I decided I wanted to work on building myself a residual income for my retirement years. And as I started exploring the different opportunities I started trying the different health products that gave me energy, boosted my immunity and helped control my diabetes.  I also started working on my own self development, taking responsibility for my life, learning to make decisions and training myself to take actions to succeed. This was not only challenging but allowed me to become creative and work on improving myself. I think I have become a very positive person, self-motivated and action oriented.

No I have not yet done any paid marketing. I do mostly look for referrals, direct or indirect. But I am sure paid marketing will also work very well with this business and others are doing it.

There are times when I am afraid to step out of the house feeling insecure that I might get myself into some kind of accident. Well, last weekend, when I was trying to take out from the refrigerator, my sport bottle with filtered water, it slipped from my hand and fell on my left foot. The bottle was heavy and I was taking it out of the top shelf in the refrigerator and so it had quite an impact on my foot and I was in excruciating pain and my pinky toe immediately inflamed and got swollen. The pain was really intolerable and I needed something immediately to soothe the pain.

Luckily I had my jar of Real Time Pain Relief real handy and reached out to it.

Let me explain myself. Drinking coffee or tea became a habit for me because it was a daily ritual for me. I have to admit, we almost do many things in life as a daily ritual.

But in reality we believe our company and product is so good we will become a household name in a few years around the world.

It began to rain by afternoon but that did not stop the organization from going ahead with the opening of the weekend celebration with a parade and ending with a finale of fireworks by dusk. Here as my sponsor, Nancy Barcenas and myself stood and watched the fireworks we also managed to capture some snapshots of the fireworks.

We got up bright and early on Saturday to stand in line for 2 hours before the program in anticipation of the long lines to get into the basket ball stadium where the event took place. Here I had the opportunity of taking a picture with this inspiring young and beautiful Jamaican lady who was standing in front of me and we struck up a conversation to pass our time while waiting. She is actually a well accomplished lady who works as a store Manager for Burlington Coat Factory and is working part time with OrGano Gold building her fortune and is planning to soon retire from her current job and live a wonderful lifestyle later.  Kudos to her and she deserves it. Work hard now, play hard later!
